5. Cookies
This website uses cookies. These are data packets that are exchanged between the website’s server and the visitor’s browser. They are stored on the devices used (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when visiting the website. Cookies cannot damage the devices used. In particular, they do not contain viruses or other malware. The information stored in the cookies relates to the specific device used.
Cookies are stored on the visitor’s device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (persistent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted after the visit ends. Persistent cookies remain stored on the device until the visitor deletes them themselves or until they are automatically deleted by the web browser. The website operator cannot, under any circumstances, directly obtain information about the visitor’s identity through this.
Cookies are generally accepted by default in most browsers. However, browser settings can also be configured to either block cookies entirely or to prompt the user before a new cookie is created. Please note, however, that disabling cookies may prevent you from fully utilizing all the website’s features.
Technically necessary cookies:
These cookies are used to make the operator’s website more convenient and secure. For example, session cookies allow the website to track which settings the visitor has selected via the cookie banner, or which language settings have been chosen. These session cookies are automatically deleted when the visitor leaves the website.
The data processed by these cookies is justified for the aforementioned purposes in order to safeguard the legitimate interests of the operator pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR.
Cookies requiring consent and data transfer to third-party providers:
All cookies that are not technically necessary to ensure the operation of the website are based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR and Section 25 TDDDG and therefore require your consent. Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 7 GDPR, and your consent is documented by your selection in the cookie settings. In this context, we would like to point out that you can revoke your consent at any time (see Chapter 6 of this privacy policy). Google Photos
We use Google Photos, a service provided by Google, to ensure consistent use of images on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When you visit a page, your browser loads the embedded images directly from Google. For this purpose, your browser must connect to Google’s servers. This allows Google to know that this website was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Photos is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. As website operators, we have a legitimate interest in providing our website in the most error-free and secure way possible. If corresponding consent has been requested (e.g., consent to the storage of cookies), processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; this consent can be revoked at any time.

YouTube NoCookie
This website embeds videos from YouTube. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode prevents YouTube from storing information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, enhanced privacy mode does not necessarily prevent data from being shared with YouTube partners. For example, YouTube establishes a connection to the Google DoubleClick network regardless of whether you watch a video.
As soon as you start a YouTube video on this website, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established. This informs the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to directly associate your browsing behavior with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Furthermore, after a video starts playing, YouTube may store various cookies on your device or use similar recognition technologies (e.g., device fingerprinting). This allows YouTube to obtain information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to compile video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent fraud.
Additional data processing operations may be triggered after a YouTube video starts playing, over which we have no control. YouTube is used in the interest of presenting our online content in an appealing way. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; this consent can be revoked at any time.
Further information about data protection at YouTube can be found in their privacy policy at:
